Oh my goodness, I am so excited for today's post! I am a huge fan of Soap & Glory skincare products and I was so excited when I received a PR package from them including makeup products. I was really excited because the only makeup products I have tried by them is the face primer (which is amazing). So I will have a lot of reviews coming up in the feature on some of their products!

For today's post, I wanted to review the new She's A Natural Face Palette. This palette includes a contour/bronzer, lip product, highlighter and three eyeshadows. Basically the perfect palette to take traveling. Being a mom now, I am very careful on how much makeup I pack with me now when I go out of town since I have to bring so much stuff for my daughter. It just makes things easier when I pack lightly. And products like this are perfect for that!

I wasn't really sure what to expect when it came to their beauty products, but I am very pleased with this palette. The bronzer/contour shade is the perfect contour shade for my skin tone. It isn't too warm, nor too cool. It had a very nice buttery texture. I did notice it isn't super pigmented, so you do have to build up the product which I do not mind. The lip product in this palette was ok. It wasn't my favorite. The color its self is beautiful, but I was not a fan of the texture. It had almost like a oil texture and appears more of a glossy look. I do not think I will reach for the lip product since I have tons of other lip glosses/lipsticks that I like better. The highlighter is a cream finish. I did forget to mention that the bronzer shade is a powder finish. But the highlighter is cream and blends really nicely on the cheeks.

Next are the three eyeshadows in the palette. It comes with a matte cream color which is perfect to highlight the brow bone. It also comes with a shimmery taupe brown shade. I love to use this shade in the outer corner to deepen my look a little. And lastly is a shimmery bronze shade. I love using this all over the lid. The formula of the eyeshadows is amazing. They are so silky and very pigmented. They were my favorites out of the whole palette.

I'm honestly really impressed with this palette. The only thing that I wasn't a huge fan over was the lip product. But other then that, I loved the other products. I will be adding this to my travel makeup bag for sure when I am on the go.

This palette retails for $20.00 and can be bought at www.ulta.com

Hi guys, I am so excited for today's post. I am someone who is obsessed with stationary, planners, pens and notebooks. I love writing everything down and planning out my life. From planning out grocery lists to planning out meals, to planning out our finances, to planning out my blog posts, I literally plan everything.

So I tend to purchase a lot of items from Amazon and I wanted to share with you some of my favorites. Amazon is a super affordable place to purchase things and Amazon Prime is seriously a must. I love being able to get two day free shipping on everything! I created a list of some of my favorites that I find are must haves for planning out your life.

  • Pens- I am in love with these pens by MyLifeUNIT. They come in a pack of 10 and range from different colors. They have a very fine tip which makes it super easy to write in my planner. They do not bleed through to the other side of the page which is something I look for in a pen.

  • Sticky Notes: I always make sure to have sticky notes on me. I like using these by Redi-Tag because they have little tags on them as well so you can easily find a certain page you make be looking for. And they also have lines that you can write notes on. These are literally so cheap!

  • Budget Planner- this is a must for me to keep track of our bills. You can keep track of all of your expenses and compare your debit from previous months. I like the it has boxes that you fill out. Which is when those pens come in handy from above.

  • Planner Stickers- these stickers are super cute and perfect for us mommas. These set comes with 575 stickers for only $5.36. It includes to do stickers, workout stickers, relax stickers, laundry stickers and many more. This is such a cute set to have for your planner.

  • Weekly Meal Notepad- since I have been wanting to lose weight and eat better, I have been planning out all of my meals. I love this notepad because it includes a spot for your breakfast and lunch too. And it also divides up your days as well. It's super affordable to keep track of your meals!

Alright ya'll, those are some of my favorites that I love to use to help me stay organized. I will have to show you my collection of all my goodies soon! I always want to show you how I plan out my blog posts as well. So I really hope you found this post helpful! I would love to know some of your Amazon favorites as well!

Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lipsticks|Swatches & Review

This post and blog contains affiliated links and ads which means I may receive a tiny portion for any click or purchase. These products were sent to me as PR from Pixi. All opinions are 100% my own.
Before I begin, I just wanted to say that I am so so sorry that I haven't done a beauty review post in a couple of weeks! I have so many products in my "test it out" drawer and I am finally getting around to testing some more products for you. And since it has been a while, I thought I would come back to the beauty blog post and do one on these Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lipsticks. I have heard nothing but amazing things about these and Pixi was so kind and sent me 5 shades to test out. So I wanted to let you guys know how I feel about these since liquid lipsticks are a must have in everyones collection!
One thing that I love about these shades is that they are all wearable colors. I have a lot of liquid lipsticks that are just off the wall colors that I honestly will probably never wear unless it's for Halloween. But these 5 shades are all very wearable and perfect for everyday looks.
These liquid lipsticks set to a matte finish but also leave your lips feeling very hydrated.
The 5 shades I have are Pastel Petal (a nude pinky nude), Really Rose (beautiful rose pink nude), Evening Rose (a deep rose nude), Au Naturelle (peachy nude) and Matte Beige (a warm nude brown). My favorite shades out of the bunch are Pastel Petal and Really Rose, but they are all stunning shades.
I love the finish and how they feel on my lips, but I do have to touch up every so often during the day, but it doesn't bother me since I usually carry one in my purse while I am out and about. For being a drug store liquid lipstick, these are probably on my top three favorite!
You can purchase these from www.target.com and they retail for $12.00 each. Let me know in the comments below which shade is your favorite!

How To Receive Free Products To Review|2018

This post and blog contains affiliated links and ads which means I may receive a tiny portion for any click or purchase.

I know a big topic when it comes to new bloggers is how to get products sent to them for free. I have been blogging for years and it took at least two years before I received my first product to review. But blogging has changed quite a bit compared to years ago, so I have came up with a list of different ways you as a blogger can receive free products to review.

A lot of companies love offering up free products to review which is awesome! It is a great way for bloggers to get their foot in the door. And some of these sites that work with companies may even offer a payment for your review as well! So let's get started:

  1. Octoly- this is by far one of my favorite websites that I use. Octoly offers a list of different products you can choose from to review. I have received products from Lancome, Kevyn Aucoin, OPI and more! How it works is that you get 5 credits. Each credit equals one product you can request. So you can request up to 5 products at a time. Once you receive your products in the mail, you upload your review on Instagram and then you submit the photo to Octoly and you get one of those credits back! You can use this site for both Instagram and Youtube. If you are interested in signing up, you can do so here. You will receive 5 octopoints which can later be used to redeem gift cards! I included a screenshot of some of the products currently up to redeem.
  2. Influenster: this is for sure a fun one to sign up for. With Influenster you get to receive different vox boxes that can include food, beauty, skin care, coupons etc. All you have to do is share photos, tweets, share on Pinterest, Twitter etc, once you receive the products. I have received things from Maybelline, Covergirl, Marc Jacobs and many more. If you would like to sign up you can do so here. Once you sign up they will have a bunch of different questions so they can match you up best to which vox box they think will be perfect for you!
  3. Revfluence: this one may be a little harder to get into. With Influenster you do not even need to have a following, but Revfluence has higher expectations for who gets access to the site. But if you do get accepted, you can work with some awesome companies. I have received a mattress before, as well as some makeup and Monster drinks! If you have a good following with decent engagement, I would highly recommend signing up!
  4. Socialix- which this website you need at least 5,000 followers on Instagram. Once you sign up though, you can work with a lot of different companies as well. They have everything from beauty to fitness and even food! I love when there is different sites that have a mix of things to choose from. You can apply for products to review on your blog, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and even Pinterest! So I would highly recommend checking this site out as well.
  5. Lastly, I wanted to talk about reaching out to companies. When I first started my blog and Instagram, I actually reached out to companies myself. Surprisingly, a lot of beauty companies are willing to send products for you to review. I think I waited until I had at least 2,000 followers before I started reaching out, but it was amazing. I remember I was still living at home and I had received three packages in the mail one day and my mom was so excited for me. One of the first companies I actually reached out to was OFRA Cosmetics. Yup, a huge makeup company now. They even teamed up with me back in the day to do a giveaway. And now it is seriously so amazing to see how far along they have come. But do not be afriad to reach out to companies.

I really hope you found some of these websites helpful. I know there is a few more out there, but these are the ones that I have personally used and love. Once I try out a few more different sites, I will do another post with updates.

I think I am going to do a post on affiliate programs as well if you guys would be interested! Blogging is seriously a passion for me and to turn it into a business is a dream and I find these sites to be extremely helpful to just get your foot in the door.
