Urban Decay Revolution High-Color Lipgloss in Kinky| Affilate Link
I was so excited when I found out Urban Decay was going to be releasing some new glosses. I actually do not own too many Urban Decay lip products, so I knew I had to start adding more to my collection, starting with one of there new Revolution High-Color Lip Glosses. They had 14 different shades to choose from, and it was so hard for me to limit myself to just one for now. Since they are $22.00, I didn't want to pick up a bunch if I wasn't going to love the product. The shade I chose was Kinky.
Kinky is a beauty nude pink. Whenever there is a new product, I always go towards more of the natural shades and I thought this color would be perfect. It is more of a pinky nude then a brown nude on my pale complexion. The thing I noticed right away in stores was the amazing packaging. I love the shape of the bottle as well as the beautiful lid. It reminds me a lot of the lipsticks since the packaging color matches. As a makeup collector I love when my makeup matches. As for the product it self, I will break it down to some pros and cons.
Pros:
- The pigmentation is incredible. You only need to dip the brush in once in order to get amazing color pay off and it's not streaky at all.
- The applicator is amazing. It has a doe foot applicator, but it isn't a typical doe foot, it has a little point on the tip that really helps when applying the product.
- The packaging is on point.
- The formula of the lipstick is thick, but it is not sticky at all, which is a huge plus.
You are probably wondering why I didn't list any cons. But I honestly do not have any. The only thing I can say is that these are a little pricey, but I think they are well worth it.
You can find these lip glosses anywhere Urban Decay is sold for $22.00. Let me know if you have tried any of these before!
ooo I really want to try this, it's so pretty!! I always tend to lean toward more nude shades as well:P
